Subscribers should have received a code via e-mail (make sure to enable notification settings on RacingAmerica.tv if you are not receiving our newsletter), but if you did not, please e-mail support@racingamerica.com with your account e-mail address to request your coupon code. Once our customer care team verifies your subscription, they will respond to your e-mail with a coupon code to use on the web version of RacingAmerica.tv. Please make sure you are logged in with your account information and use the provided coupon code at checkout. Coupon codes do not work on our RacingAmerica.tv apps, and we are not able to offer partial refunds or post-purchase discounts if your coupon code is not applied at the time or purchase. Make sure you are logged in with the same account you made the purchase with on RacingAmerica.tv or in the RacingAmerica.tv App. You can purchase on our website and the Apple, Amazon, and Google versions of the RacingAmerica.tv app. Please note, at this time, you can not purchase PPV streams on the Roku and Samsung Tizen apps. You can watch your PPV purchase on RacingAmerica.tv and our Apple, Amazon, Google, Roku, and Samsung Tizen apps. Purchased PPV events can be accessed in your account under purchases, and in applications in the app library under purchases. If your Smart TV has a RacingAmerica.tv app, or a Smart Device connected to your TV has the RacingAmerica.tv app, you can watch. We have applications available for Apple, Amazon, Google, Roku, and Samsung Tizen devices. You can also use Google Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from a compatible device to a compatible TV. Unfortunately, we do not support the ability to watch streams in Smart TV web browsers on RacingAmerica.tv.
